Maternal Child And Family Health Programs

We offer many free programs and services to help promote healthy families, including:

Wyoming Hand in Hand is a perinatal program available and free to families. Sign up during pregnancy and meet with a nurse to address your family’s needs.
Children’s Special Health (CSH) is a program for children who have medical needs beyond routine and basic care. Our nurses can help you apply for financial assistance and coordinate care to help connect you to the resources that best suit your family’s needs.
If our programs do not fit your needs, we have nurses who can refer you to resources within the community and help you find the services that best support your family.
